Grillen ist ein großer Spaß. Wer alternativ mal seinen eigenen Lachs räuchern will, kann dies mit einer selbstgebauten Räucherkammer tun. So wird aus einem alten Abfalleimer mit nur wenigen Handgriffen ein Räucherofen. Das ist schnell getan, doch Räuchern selbst braucht Zeit - 6 bis 12 Stunden sollte man zumindest einplanen. Dabei ist alle 60 Minuten Holz nachzulegen.
