Schritt 3 / 4 - Die Kochzeit

Nun das Ganze einmal gut aufkochen lassen und danach für ca 1 1/2 Stunden auf kleiner Hitze vor sich hinköcheln lassen. Ca. 10 Minuten vor Beendigung der Garzeit der Bolognese die Penne in einen Topf mit kochenden Wasser geben. Hierbei ein wenig Instantbrühe (eine Teelöffelspitze) mit hinzugeben.
