Übersicht - Heimtrainer selberbauen

Heute möchte ich Euch zeigen, wie man sein Straßenfahrrad auf ein Laufband stellt und so befestigt, dass man auch darauf fahren und trainieren kann. Dies ist vorallem im Winter praktisch, wenn die Straßen glatt sind aber man trotzdem nicht auf sein Training verzichten will. Und weil man das Fahrrad auch wieder ohne Weiteres demontieren kann, ist auch nach wie vor ein Lauftraining auf dem Laufband möglich. Also schaut Euch mal meine DIY-Lösung an. Vielleicht ist mein Setup auch für Euch interessant :D
