Schritt 1 / 1 - Schokoladeneis

100 g Schokolade mit dem Soja-Reis-Drink im Wasserbad erhitzen. Flüssige Schokolade im kalten Wasserbad abkühlen lassen.
Ei-Ersatz anrühren. Feinsten Zucker und Kakaopulver dazugeben und verrühren.
Kalte Sojasahne dazugießen und schlagen. Abgekühlte dickflüssige Schokolade damit vermischen und anschließend die Masse in die Eismaschine geben.
Nach ca. 30 Minuten ist das Eis servierfertig.
