Rührei selbermachen

Schritt 1
Eier aufschlagen
Eier aufschlagen und einen Schuß Milch hinzugeben. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprikapulver kräftig würzen. Anschließend mit einem Schneebesen verquirlen....
Schritt 2
In die Pfanne geben
Eine Zwiebel würfeln und etwas Margarine (Achtung: auf der Packung muss "zum Braten geeignet" stehen) in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Die Zwiebel glasig anbraten und das Rührei hinzugeben....
Schritt 3
Rühren
Und nun rühren bis das Rührei die gewünschte Konsistenz hat....
Schritt 4
Anrichten
Das Rührei auf 2 Teller verteilen. Dazu passt frischer Toast mit Margarine oder Butter....

Variationen
Rührei kann man auch einfach variieren. Mit den Zwiebeln z.B. gekochten Schinken in Streifen, Champignons (gerne auch aus dem Glas) oder Paprikastreifen anbraten und anschließend das Rührei hinzugeben...
