Den Biskuitboden auf Maß schneiden. Die Reste finden schon ihre Abnehmer!!!...
Schritt 2
Quark
Zuerst löst man die Gelatineblättchen in den Zitronensaft mit etwas Wasser bei niedriger Hitze.Wenn sich die Gelatine aufgelöst hat, mischt man sie mit dem Quark und dem Zucker....
Schritt 3
Sahne
Dann schlägt man die Sahne mit dem Zucker und Vanillezucker halb steif und mischt sie unter die Quarkmischung....
Schritt 4
Springform
Zum Schluß kommt die Quark-Sahnemischung auf den Biskuitboden und  diese dekoriert man mit Pfirsichspalten oder Kiwischeiben.Am besten einen Tag vorher im Kühlschrank steif werden lassen....
