Die Champignons säubern und in der Mitte teilen.Wichtig ist, die Pilze dann, vor dem Panieren, mit ein bisschen Mehl bestäuben, damit diese die Panade besser aufnehmen können....
Schritt 2
Pilze in Sauce wenden
Nun in einer ersten Schüssel eine Sauce aus Ei, Sahne, Salz und Pfeffer herstellen. Darin werden die Pilze gewendet....
Schritt 3
Panieren
In einer zweiten Schüssel Paniermehl und ggf. zerbröseltes Weißbrot mischen. Darin nun die Champignons mehrmals wenden....
Schritt 4
Braten
Jetzt kann gebraten werden.Dazu ein großes Stück Butter zerlaufen lassen. Ebenso etwas Öl dazu geben, dadurch spritzt die Butter nicht so. Wenn in der Pfanne brutzelt, die präparierten Pilze dazu gebe...
