Schritt 2 / 6 - Glasrand salzen

Nun müssen wir den Glasrand mit Salz bedecken. Das wird der zweite WOW-Effekt. Dazu nehmen wir eine Limettenhälfte und streichen diese über den Rand. Durch den Saft der Limette wird das Salz so besser am Glasrand kleben. Das Bierglas drehen wir dann auf den Kopf und drücken es kurz in das Salz, welches wir großzügig auf einen Teller oder eine Schale ausgeschüttet haben.

mjam, da ich alles im Haus habe, werd ich mir auch mal ein kaltes Bier mixen. Habe eine Michelada noch nie selbst probiert - werde berichten!

An einem heißen Sommertag empfehle ich mein kaltes Bier (span.: mi chela helada). Doch es ist mehr als ein Bier, es ist eine Michelada. Dabei handelt es sich um ein aus Mexiko stammendes Biergemisch für das man Limettensaft und Tabasco benötigt. Uiuiui, werden jetzt sicherlich einige denken.
