Hackfleisch
Das Hackfleisch wird mit 1 Tl Kartoffelmehl, Salz und etwas Wasser vermischt. Man schneidet dann eine Lauchzwiebel und die 2 Ingwerscheiben klein und brät diese zusammen mit dem angemachten Hackfleis...

Sojabohnensprossen zufügen
Anschließend gibt man die Sojabohnensprossen in die Pfanne und mischt diese gut  durch. Kurz mitgaren lassen und abschmecken mit Salz. Lecker!!...

Schritt 2 / 3 - Hackfleisch

Das Hackfleisch wird mit 1 Tl Kartoffelmehl, Salz und etwas Wasser vermischt.
Man schneidet dann eine Lauchzwiebel und die 2 Ingwerscheiben klein und brät diese zusammen mit dem angemachten Hackfleisch in etwas Sonnenblumenöl an.
Zum Schluß gibt man 2 Eßlöffel Sojasoße dazu und rührt nochmal gut um.
