Schritt 4 / 4 - Brot backen

Jetzt ist es Zeit, das Rosmarin-Brot zu backen. Wir wollen jetzt aber die eingeschlossene Luft im Teig halten. Daher stellen wir die Form vorsichtig in den vorgeheizten Ofen. Obacht mit der Ofentür - nicht zuschlagen! Sodann Backen wir das Brot bei 180°C für ca. 25 Minuten goldbraun und knackig. Vor dem Verzehr muss das Brot dann nur noch kurz abkühlen. Guten Appetit!
