Schritt 1 / 4 - Brotteig anrühren

Die Hefe und den Honig in 300 ml des lauwarmen Wassers auflösen. Auf einer sauberen Arbeitsfläche oder in einer große Schüssel häufen wir dann das Mehl und Salz. In der Mitte formen wir nun eine Mulde und gießen die aufgelöste Hefe hinein. Mit den Fingern der Hand und in einer kreisenden Bewegung von der Mitte hin nach außen, mischen wir langsam immer mehr Mehl unter. Dann gießen wir das restliche lauwarme Wasser in die Mitte und allmählich erhalten wir einen feuchteren Brotteig.
