Schritt 1 / 1 - Schüssel mit lauwarmem Wasser, Mehl und den Pfifferlingen füllen

Man befülle eine Schüssel mit lauwarmem Wasser und dem Mehl. Dieses verrührt man nun mit einem Schneebesen. Nun schüttet man die Pilze dazu und rührt ein wenig mit der Hand um (max. nur 3 Minuten). Das Mehl bindet den Dreck und setzt sich unten ab.
Die Pfifferlinge herausnehmen und mit Tuch und Stück Haushaltsrolle trocknen.

Sehr lecker: Frische Schweinefilets braten und mit Pfifferling - Rahmsauce anrichten.
