Die Möhren werden gesäubert und in ca. 1 cm dicke Stücke geschnitten und kommen oben auf die Kartoffeln....

Ganz oben drauf kommen dann die in dünne Ringe geschnittenen Zwiebeln....

Kochen
Das Ganze wird jetzt gar gekocht....

Fein stampfen
Wenn alles gar ist, wird das Kochwasser abgegossen (evt. etwas Kochwasser aufbewahren.Wenn das Püree zu fest ist, kann man noch was Kochwasser hinzufügen). Das Ganze wird jetzt gestampft , ganz fein ...

Bratwürstchen
Um es abzurunden kann man noch z.B Bratwürstchen oder Hackfleischbällchen mit Bratsoße dazugeben. Guten Appetit !!!!...

Schritt 5 / 6 - Fein stampfen

Wenn alles gar ist, wird das Kochwasser abgegossen (evt. etwas Kochwasser aufbewahren.Wenn das Püree zu fest ist, kann man noch was Kochwasser hinzufügen). Das Ganze wird jetzt gestampft , ganz fein oder grob-wie man möchte-. Dann kann man - nach Geschmack - noch ein Stück Butter unter das Püree rühren und abschmecken mit Salz, Pfeffer und Worchestersauce.
