Nun müssen wir mit dem Dremel das PVC-Rohr schneiden. Die Länge ist abhängig von dem verwendeten Lautsprecher. Dieser muss vollständig in das Rohr passen. Die Kanten schleifen wir dann glatt....

Lautsprecher einsetzen
Nun können wir den Lautsprecher in das Rohr einsetzen und am Rand mit Sekundenkleber verkleben. Wenn der Lautsprecher nicht genau passt, kann man auch mit Klebeband den inneren Durchmesser des Rohres ...

Schritt 3 / 4 - Loch für Steckerkabel bohren

Nun bohren wir das Loch für das Steckerkabel. Kurz bevor das Kabel aus dem Lautsprechergehäuse führen, kleben wir es mit etwas Sekundenkleber fest. So kann man nachher an dem Steckerkabel (ausversehen) ziehen, ohne das dieses abreißt.
