Gurkensalat zubereiten

Schritt 1 / 1 - Gurkensalat zubereiten

Zuerst muss man die Gurke waschen und nach belieben, geschält oder ungeschält, in Scheiben hobeln. Anschließend gibt man das Öl, den Zucker, eine Prise Salz und Pfeffer dazu. Den Essig sollte man vorsichtig dosieren. Zuletzt muss man dann noch den Salat umrühren und nach 2 Minuten noch einmal abschmecken und eventuell nachwürzen. Ich wünsche Euch einen guten Appetit!
